Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. The IT Support Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our hardware and software systems, as well as providing training and support to end-users.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

  • Maintain and update systems and software

  • Provide training and support to end-users

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure

  • Document and track support requests

  • 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week(Mon -Fri),8 - 9 working hours per day

 
Requirements :
  • Secondary 5 or above
  • Fresh Graduate is welcomed
  • Fair Cantonese preferred ,Fair English
  • Able to read & write Chinese; Able to read & write simple English ;
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiar with PC hardware and networking

  • 9:00AM-6:00PM/ 1:00PM-10:00PM, 5 shift working days per week(Mon-Sun),8 - 9 working hours per day

 
Requirements :
